To exchange or return an item purchased online, please mail the item to the Ecco Best address and our customer service representatives will be happy to help you. In order to process the exchange or return, please follow the guidelines outlined below. Please allow from 2 to 4 weeks to receive your shipment.

Exchange and Return Period
Exchange or return your item anytime from the original purchase date within the timeframe below:
60 days for Electronic Savings Device
60 days for all other products
Original receipt
To help facilitate the return, mail the original receipt as well as a copy of your photo identification for all exchanges and returns.
Restocking fee
A restocking fee is applicable in all product categories, the item is defective, or the fee is prohibited by law. The restocking fee charges are:
25% for All Products,

Refund method
Your refund will generally be in the same form as the original purchase. However when the item was purchased with cash, debit or a check in an amount greater than $250, the refund will be in the form of a mail check mailed within 15 business days of the return.
Country of origin
The item must be exchanged or returned in the country in which it was originally purchased.
